I am writing to thank Applied Inspection and particularly Fred Hawksworth for the efficient installation and completion of the cabling work and of the prompt issue of documentation. Thanks are also due for your ability to re-schedule and work around the programme changes and for working unusual hours to keep the programme on schedule.
Applied Inspection Burton achieved a creditable 100% on the Supplier Assessment as so much of the work you do is safety critical. This should be the case but it is still a very good performance and I would have no hesitation in recommending Applied Inspection for further contracts with our company.

On the evening of 29th January you were requested to carry out some MPI at Slade Green Depot in London at 8 a.m. the following day. Following a series of telephone calls, you were able to confirm that there would be a PCN level 2 operator available on site, at the requested time. I would like to thank both you and the operator for the way in which you put yourselves out at such short notice.
