I want to thank your General Manager for organising cover, but also extend my gratitude to the technician as he went above and beyond to see the job through. He worked longer, and was more flexible than was reasonably expected of him and because of this we were able to complete all additional work on time. He is a good lad and will definitely be someone I will look to use again.

I am writing to thank Applied Inspection and particularly the welding manager for the efficient installation and completion of the cabling work and of the prompt issue of documentation. Thanks are also due for your ability to re-schedule and work around the programme changes and for working unusual hours to keep the programme on schedule.
Applied Inspection Burton achieved a creditable 100% on the Supplier Assessment as so much of the work you do is safety critical. This should be the case but it is still a very good performance and I would have no hesitation in recommending Applied Inspection for further contracts with our company.

Following a series of telephone calls, you were able to confirm that there would be a PCN level 2 operator available on site, at the requested time. I would like to thank both you and the operator for the way in which you put yourselves out at such short notice.
