Forensic Investigation

By analysing failure data we are able to provide forensic evidence for use in court cases where expert witness statements are required. Forensic investigations are carried out to a rigorous standard and the results presented in a witness statement format that is acceptable to the courts. Our scientists are able to produce work to this standard.

Witness statements are essential when reconstructing the likely sequence of events and the interpretation of cause and effect.

Where a component fails in service, our customers could be facing the downtime of a machine, a factory or train and consequential damage which can lead to loss of production and/or revenue.
